If you also want to get active and experience the joy of movement together with a family member, join us for our Fit & Fun class on Saturdays afternoons (1:15 – 2:00 pm) at the Dance Elite Studio in Milton!
In this 45-minute inclusive fitness class, participants experience a range of workout methods such as interval training, yoga/pilates variations and stretching /mobility using their own bodyweight, basic equipment and visual aids.

This class is open to our teen/young adult dancers. The best part is that a parent or sibling can participate for free with each registered dancer.

- If you start on December 7th, 2019 – 19 sessions (until May 2020): $266+ HST
- If you start on January 11th, 2020 – 15 sessions (until May 2020): $210+ HST
If you are not a Dance Ability Movement dancer yet, in addition to Class Tuition, there will be a fee of $145 for an Initial OT Intake Assessment. It includes 20-30 minute meeting to assess student’s needs, prepare for start of classes, gain information to help train instructor and volunteers to promote safety of participation in the fitness class setting and enhance successful inclusion.
