NEW Fit & Fun with Miss Kayla!

Miss Kayla, Personal Trainer will be leading fitness classes this fall! With registrations rolling in, we wanted to highlight a NEW class at our Milton location, happening Saturday afternoons from October (starting the weekend after Thanksgiving) to May. International Day of Dance

Hello everyone! If you were not aware, April 29th is the international day of dance! We want to celebrate something so close to our hearts by sharing the amazing experience some of our volunteers were able to take part in thanks to Canada's National Ballet School in Toronto!
